Snehal Gilitwala
Manager Chairman's Office
Born in the year 1989, she graduated in the year 2009 with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College, Pune.
She holds 10 plus years of experience in Operations & Administration, as she was associated with IT giants like Mphasis – An HP company and Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
In Kalpana Polymers Pvt. Ltd., she is responsible for sourcing and absorbing of right talent, designing cost effective budget plans, exploring markets and understanding the business and the customer’s requirements, assisting in fundraising ventures and participating in expansion activities. Being the chief of staff, she is also responsible to drive the core ideologies within the organization and to ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information, acting as an intermediate between the Board of Directors and the team. She is also a people person by nature, which helps her in getting along famously with the team and carrying out grand engagement activities for them.
Her key responsibilities in the organization also include building great stakeholder relationships and to establish policies that promote company’s culture and vision and ensure its 100% implementation.
She is passionate about travelling and her hobbies include sketching and listening to music.
