Managing Director
Born in the year 1988, he did his schooling from St. Sebastian Goan High School, Mumbai and graduated in the year 2012 with Bachelor Of Engineering in Automobile.
Passionate for work, therefore without wasting any time, he soon after graduation joined Kalpana Polymers Pvt. Ltd and is leading the organization since then.
Notable as an inspirational leader in the organization today, his Sales Training Sessions, Product Training Sessions & Sessions on Core Ideologies have brought a spark and a progressive change in the organization.
Providing leadership and mentorship to a number of people who join with KPPL in various ventures has always been his distinct forte. Empowering not only the team members with critical management skills, but also clients and customers with industry knowledge and expertise is something that he is tremendously passionate about.
A voracious reader of books and an enthusiastic planner always makes sure to learn new things every day. Also, his expertise lies in Planning and development of the organization with continuous learning.
Continuous learning being one of the qualities of Mr. Pai and coming from an altogether different educational background of B.E. in Automobiles, not only he has acquired knowledge of the chemical industry but has been instrumental in shaping the vision of the organization.
Mr. Pai’s entrepreneurial endeavours have helped organizations to boost profitability by multi fold. Isha S. Pai
CEO

Director of Legal Affairs
Born in the year 1988, she did her schooling from St. Sebastian Goan High School, Mumbai and graduated in the year 2012 with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College and Bachelor of Legislative Law from KC Law College, Mumbai.
She is currently leading the Legal, Digital Marketing, Sales and HR functions at Kalpana Polymers Pvt. Ltd., since 2015.
An advocate by profession specializing in Cheque Dishonor cases under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Being a multitalented and a multitasker, she deftly balances a number of responsibilities in the organization like creating websites, google analytics, conceptualizing and creating 2D animation videos, managing and creating innovative posts for social media platforms.
Mrs. Pai also oversees and leads the organization thereby taking department – wise reviews, creating systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, bringing the right talent on-board, designing training programs and developing compensation plans.
Her excellent leadership, communication skills, legal knowledge and knowledge of HR practices, have helped the organization in implementing a number of strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and the management, manage job satisfaction and promote the organization’s values.
Being a vicarious reader of people and with great observation skills she helps the organization not only in recruiting and attracting right talent but also to take appropriate and better decisions.
Having the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, Mrs. Pai is also a trained artist, having many acrylic canvas paintings, graphite and charcoal portrait sketches, paper crafting and mixed media art to her credit.
